We collect the information needed to open and maintain an account, such as your name, email address, billing details, household preferences, and support messages. We also receive basic device and connection details, including browser type, approximate location, and service diagnostics.

Viewing history is limited. We record titles and categories viewed so the service can remember your place and suggest local programming. We do not ask children for names, addresses, contact details, or precise location in a children's profile.

We use account information to provide access, process billing, answer support requests, and send service notices. We use viewing preferences only to recommend cartoons, national shows, and regional news that fit your household settings.

We may use aggregated service data to understand which programs load well in the Lakewood area. This reporting does not identify individual viewers.

Forest Connect is designed for household use, with parents managing children's profiles. Profiles intended for children under 13 collect no personal data beyond a profile label selected by the parent and the controls needed to filter content.

We do not serve behavior-based advertising to children's profiles. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly, contact us at [email protected]. We will review the record and remove it when appropriate under COPPA and applicable New Jersey requirements.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect account sessions, and remember basic settings. Small performance tools help us see failed page requests, slow loading, and broad traffic patterns.

These tools are kept to the minimum needed to run the service. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working.

We do not sell personal information, viewing history, or children's profile data. We may share the minimum information required with vendors that process payments, host our systems, provide customer support, or monitor service performance.

Those providers may use information only for the service they perform for us. We may disclose records when required by law, to protect account security, or during a business transfer where privacy commitments continue.

Account data is protected in transit and at rest with AES-256 encryption. Our servers are located in the United States, access is limited by job role, and administrative activity is logged for review.

No online service can promise perfect security. We will notify affected customers and regulators when the law requires notice of a qualifying incident.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held in your account. You may also ask for details about our collection and sharing practices, subject to identity checks and legal limits.

New Jersey and California residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of certain data sales or sharing. Forest Connect does not sell personal information. Send a request to [email protected]; we typically respond within 45 days.
