Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Forest Connect, you agree to this streaming terms of service document and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

These terms form the Lakewood video subscription agreement between you and Forest Connect. We may update them when our service or legal duties change, and we will post the revised date above.

The account owner must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep the password private. Tell us promptly if someone accesses the account without permission.

Profiles are for members of your household. Sharing account credentials outside that household or creating misleading identities may result in restricted access.

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not upload, transmit, promote, or request hate speech, explicit sexual content, threats, harassment, malware, or material that exploits children.

Users may not copy protected programming, bypass access controls, resell subscriptions, scrape the service, or use personal access for an unapproved commercial screening.

We can remove user material and suspend access when conduct threatens people, rights holders, or the safety of the Lakewood community.

Every child profile must have parental controls enabled before it is used. The account owner chooses the age setting and keeps the parent PIN confidential.

Controls help limit titles and profile access, but they cannot replace an adult's supervision. Review settings when a child begins using a new device.

Subscription charges follow the plan and billing interval shown when you sign up. Taxes may apply based on your New Jersey billing address.

Keep a valid payment method on the account. You may cancel or change a plan using the account controls, with changes taking effect according to the timing shown there.

We may pause access for an overdue balance after providing notice. Questions about a charge can be sent to [email protected].

Cartoons, national shows, and regional news are made available under licences that can vary by programme, device, location, and time. A title may leave the service when a licence ends.

Do not record, redistribute, publicly exhibit, or modify protected programming unless the law or a written permission from the rights holder allows it.

Forest Connect may show local advertising or sponsorship messages alongside programming. Paid placements are labelled so viewers can tell them apart from editorial or programme content.

We review Lakewood-area advertising for age suitability and reject material that is deceptive, hateful, explicit, or directed at children in an inappropriate way. A sponsor does not control our news coverage.

Device compatibility depends on your operating system, browser, network, and equipment. Data charges from your internet or mobile provider are your responsibility.

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, rights restrictions, severe weather, and events outside our control can interrupt access.

To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, Forest Connect is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer protection law gives you.
